We accept returns within 14 days of the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt, and we reserve the right to refuse any return at our discretion.

When returning your parcel, we kindly ask that you include a slip inside with your full details (name, order number and reason for return) so that we can easily locate your order once we receive your parcel. If you’re having trouble finding your order number, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Important information to know

All returns are processed by our warehouse team within 14 working days of receiving your item. Please note that this timeframe begins from the date your return is received by us, not from the date it is sent.

As the customer, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item and for ensuring that it arrives back with us safely. We therefore recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Personalised products & sale items

Personalised items are made specifically to your requirements and, along with sale items, are not eligible for a refund or exchange. This is clearly outlined on our website, Returns Policy and Terms & Conditions. Any personalised or sale items returned to us will be sent back to the customer.
